SERVING A GROWING COMMUNITY
The Scarborough Sanitary District over the past few years has upgraded and expanded its wastewater treatment facility at 415
Black Point Road, has continued to upgrade its 24 pump stations, has rehabilitated a major sewer line on Black Point Road and
has worked with the Town to provide sanitary sewer service to the Haigis Parkway development area. These efforts insure that
the District can support the economic growth that the Town is experiencing. The District and the Town continue to look at
expanding the District's service areas as outlined in the Town's Comprehensive Plan.
